Apache Junction, AZ; Carefree Manor RV Resort and visited Canyon Lake in the Tonto National Forest (2/25/21 to 2/27/21) Blog post 141

After Leaving Mesa, we traveled a short distance to the Carefree Manor RV resort in Apache Junction, AZ.  This is a very cute, and clean park. It has mobile homes, Rv park type homes, and some RV sites. We were initially booked for 7 days, but the owner or manager told us that he in error booked us for 7 days, but the site is only available for 6 days. We need to be out of our site by 7 am on our last day, because there is a long term RV Park style home moving in that day. I am not sure why I don't have any pictures of the park, but I did take plenty of the really nice 0.33 mile walking track attached to the park. I was able to see many different kinds of birds, and several rabbits.

We took a 30 minute drive to the Canyon Lake in the Tonto National Forest. I made my very first video that I edited and added music. It is not very long, but when you are learning, it can take several hours just to create a 20 second clip.  But I am so happy with the results.

I am not a huge lover of cactus, but when in AZ....

This is the park security watching your every move around the walking track LOL

Look closely to see the bunny
