Biking on the Trail of Coer'd'Alene in Wallace, Idaho July 2021 (Blog post #158)

We arrived to the Blue Anchor Rv park in Osburn, Idaho for the 4th of July holiday.

Just a 2 minute bike ride out of the park is the Trail of the Coer'd'Alene. The trail is 73 miles long and paralles the Cour'd'Alene river. We rode on the trail several times during our stay. Several hours after arriving we set out on our first ride, heading west, riding 6 miles. The views were so stunning.

The next day on 4th of July, we set off, this time heading east on the trail. We rode through the town of Wallace. It was a really cute town, and looked like a great place to relax outside and eat, but it was too early in the morning for us to stop to eat.

We found many places along the trail with plenty of shade and picnic tables or benches to sit and enjoy the Coeur'd'Alene river.

We had such a wonderful time riding this trail and plan to ride more of the trail on future visits along the trail.
